House rules
Welcome to Lokaal Kassa! By entering, you agree to follow our house rules so we can all enjoy a fun and worry-free night together.
- You’re welcome to visit us if you’re at least 25 years old. We may adjust this age limit at our discretion.
- Please bring a valid ID (driver’s license, ID card, or passport) when you arrive. If you don’t have one, we won’t be able to let you in.
- Tickets are valid for a single entry. If you leave the venue, your ticket cannot be used again.
- We ask that you dress appropriately for your visit. Sportswear, hoodies, and hats are not considered proper attire, and we may refuse entry based on clothing.
- Coats and jackets must be left in the cloakroom, as wearing outdoor clothing inside the venue is not allowed.
- We’re not responsible for any personal items left in the pockets of coats placed in the cloakroom.
- Handbags and larger bags are not accepted in the cloakroom.
- We do not allow entry to anyone who is heavily intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or acting in a way that disturbs other guests or staff. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove anyone from the venue if needed. Ticket refunds are not provided in such cases.
- Please don’t bring your own alcohol, drinks, or food to the venue.
- Weapons and items that could pose a danger to others—including ammunition, explosives, flammable substances, toxic materials, or radioactive items—are strictly forbidden.
- All visitors must follow the reasonable instructions of our staff. Anyone refusing to cooperate may be asked to leave, and in serious cases, may be banned from returning.
- Animals are not allowed inside the venue.
- We are not responsible for any personal belongings left unattended during your visit.
- Photography and filming are not allowed inside unless you have received special permission from our management.
- Please check your change before leaving the counter. We won’t be able to resolve money-related complaints afterward.
- Treat our furniture and equipment with care. If something gets damaged, the cost must be covered either according to our price list or by mutual agreement. If a glass is broken, the visitor must pay a €5 fee at the counter.
- If you lose your cloakroom number tag, a €6 penalty applies.
- Anyone who breaks these rules may be asked to leave by staff. In such cases, ticket money will not be refunded.
- Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is only allowed in clearly marked designated smoking areas.
- We reserve the right to choose whom we serve and may refuse entry at our discretion.
- If you have any concerns about our staff or service, please send them to info@lokaalkassa.ee.
- Tipping our team is absolutely allowed and appreciated.
- If you’ve left something behind or lost an item, please contact us to arrange pickup during our opening hours or at another agreed time.
- For everyone’s safety, the venue is under video surveillance.
- We reserve the right to update or change these house rules at any time.
