Our Entry Policy

• You must be 25 or over in order to gain entry. Lokaal Kassa has a right to change the age limit.
• All customers are required to present their ID on entry. We only accept a valid passport, ID card or drivers licence as proof of identity and age.
• Take your valuables with you. Lokaal Kassa is not responsible for any items left in the cloakroom or in the pockets of your clothing.
• Lokaal Kassa is not responsible for items left in the pockets of your clothing or other items left in the cloakroom.
• Unfortunately we can not accommodate any large bags, rucksacks, suitcases or any other large items in our cloakroom.
• Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse your entry if we feel you are too intoxicated. You might also be asked to leave the premises if our bar staff or security feel like you have had enough to drink and you are becoming disruptive
• You are not allowed to bring your own food and drinks to Lokaal Kassa.
• Lokaal Kassa operates a zero tolerance policy against drugs and weapons. Anyone found in possession with illegal drugs, weapons or any other prohibited items such as ammunition, explosives, combustible or poisonous materials or radioactive material will be escorted from the premises and reported to the police.
• Aggressive or violent behaviour and abusive language towards staff and customers will not be tolerated.
• Pets are not allowed in Lokaal Kassa
• Lokaal Kassa is not responsible for any items left unattended.
• Lokaal Kassa does not allow any photography or video recordings without consent. To obtain a permission contact us on email- info@lokaalkassa.ee .
• We kindly ask you to check your change before leaving the cashier or bartender. Mistakes cannot be rectified later.
• Guests that break or damage Lokaal Kassas property are expected to fully compensate for any damage caused. Fine for breaking a glass is €5.
• The fine for losing the cloacroom check tag is 6 euros.
• Lokaal Kassa remains the right to refuse any entry.
• Smoking is only allowed in the clearly signed smoking room.
• Tipping is welcomed.
• Enquires about lost property can be made on Monday between 10-12 or at normal club opening hours.
• For your safety video surveillance is being used.
• If a Visitor wish to register a complaint he or she can send an e-mail to: info@lokaalkassa.ee.
• Lokaal Kassa reserves the right to amend or supplement these policies at any time.
